The worst experience I've ever had with hardwood floors. An independent housing inspector verified that the +200 defects occurred as a result of a poor installation. Months later, I'm still waiting for them to come back and fix the job. Very, very disappointing that a local company would leave us like this. Please come back and finish the job.

Drove hundreds of miles for a pick-up and had to turn around half way because the owners son (admittedly) had a rough night previous because of two weddings he partied at. He then blamed us for turning around when he wouldn't even pick up the phone at pick-up time. Now it cost me credit points and an entire Sunday because the hung-over salesman didn't think me driving across the province was important enough to get there on time or to even answer his phone. Also they lied in the ad telling me it was "new" tires and when I got there they would have barely passed a safety. Tells me he's walked around the whole car and that it's been repainted when the claim was put through. Fails however to tell me that one whole door is key scratched all across it. Most shady activity I've seen at a dealership and the worst most irresponsible behavior from a salesman I've ever seen. This is what happens when Dad lets his son run the dealership. I bet Dad would love to see all the insulting texts his son sent me when I asked him why he couldn't answer his phone or even respond when we had driven so far .

I bought a custom boat cover years ago and have had nothing but trouble. The cover and frame didn't fit the stern area. I cannot properly fit the cover with the mast up despite being told I could. The joint connectors are a pain to install as are the rib braces and wood 1x2" because I have no toe rails ( most boats today). I have jury rigged the cove to work. The worst is the black corrosion that forms on the aluminum poles and runs onto my deck. It gets worse every year. Very hard to remove. I have replaced all of the connectors, wood 1x2 and the side braces with better systems from the competition. I learned from them the aluminum tubing should have been anodized to prevent oxidation and corrosion. I have now done this after completely disassembling the framing components at a cost of $375 and my time. No knowledge of anodising or offer of compensation from the owner. Worst boat decision I ever made. Genco covers are far superior.
